Why do I need you to do my home inventory?
The most likely answer to that question is because you haven't done it yet. Creating an inventory of your home is one of those "good ideas" you just haven't been able to get to.

How long does it take? Is it expensive?
An average home can be inventoried in just a few hours. Larger properties or extensive collections can take longer. Because I am prepared to document your belongings quickly and efficiently, my services are surprisingly affordable.

Does my house have to be in perfect order for the inventory?
It's natural to want your home to look it's best, but keep in mind that the purpose of a home inventory is to protect your belongings. You don't need to change your lifestyle or spend hours cleaning and re-organizing before the inventory is performed.

What about confidentiality/security?
Your right to confidentiality is one of my highest business principles. While in my posession your records are protected just as they were my own. My network is secured and my equipment is password protected. 
I also will not discuss any of your information with anyone without your permission.
     * A confidentiality agreement will be signed at the time of service. 
     * You or a designated represenative over 18 will be present during the entire inventory  
        process.
     * And all documentation and material will be transfered to you upon completion. 
       Unless you choose to utilize the secure storage service.

Will you provide an appraisal of my property?
At this time I am unable to do so. I suggest you contact a professional appraiser if you wish certain items appraised. Other than that, the values listed with your property descriptions will be based on your estimates if you choose to provide.

What do you mean by yearly renewal?
It is a good idea to document any additions or modifications you have made to your home or belongings, at least annually and is recommended by the insurance companies. Additional video or photographs may need to be added to your portfolio in order to keep your inventory current. 

Are you insured or bonded?
Yes. Both insured and bonded.

Do you only service the Marshfield WI. area?
No. I service all of Wisconsin.
